Registration opens August 17, 2025
The Faith Formation programs of San Antonio Parish seek to provide children, youth, and adults with the knowledge, experiences, spirituality, moral compass, and skills necessary to become (and remain) faithful disciples of Christ. When we share our faith with others, we share in Jesus' own mission of proclaiming the Kingdom of God. Great care is taken with children, youth, and adults to help ensure a life of strong faith.
To register for Family Formation, Sacramental Prep, or Youth Group you can download the forms in advance and bring them to Registration Sundays or Joyce Barrett, CRE in the Ministry Center Office.

CHOSEN (Grades 7-12) and CHOSEN Confirmation Prep
Chosen is a robust program that has transformed thousands of young lives across parishes nationwide for over a decade.
The program provides an exciting and comprehensive exploration of the Catholic Faith, offering a complete system of catechesis and evangelization.
Filmed in over fifty locations in the United States and around the world, Chosen features fourteen of the top youth experts in the Church today, inspiring teens not just to learn about their faith but to live it.
CHOSEN Confirmation Prep year 2 classes are Sunday Mornings in the Ministry Center at San Antonio
CHOSEN Youth Group & Confirmation Prep year 1 meets Sunday evenings at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
Mass it followed by a Hot Meal and Fellowship. We use the Chosen Cirriculum, current events, and fun games like 'kahoot' to make learning fun, strengthen faith, encourage community service, and build strong friendships.
Mass - 5:30 PM
Dinner - 6:45 PM
Meeting - 7:15 PM to 8:30 PM
